The price of wallpaper depends on the area you want to cover. You can calculate the cost by multiplying the price per 1 m² by the total number of square meters of the wall. On each Wallcolors product page, you will find a convenient calculator that will automatically calculate the required amount of wallpaper based on the provided dimensions. This way, you will quickly find out how many rolls you need and what the total cost will be. Importantly, the price of wallpaper does not change depending on the chosen pattern or type of material, which makes budgeting easier.
To quickly find the product you are interested in, use the search engine available at the top of the page. Additionally, all wallpapers are grouped by categories: theme (e.g., plants, animals, abstract), style (e.g., boho, vintage, modern), and seasonal collections. This way, you can easily filter patterns and find the wallpaper perfectly suited to your interior.
Wallcolors wallpapers are installed using the butt joint method, which means that the strips of wallpaper are joined without overlapping, creating a smooth and cohesive surface. A detailed step-by-step instruction can be found in the Materials tab on our website or on the official Wallcolors channel on YouTube. Before installation, it is advisable to familiarize yourself with the material to ensure a perfect result and avoid mistakes.
For the installation of our wallpapers, we recommend Wallfix heavy non-woven wallpaper adhesive. It provides excellent adhesion, easy application, and durability for years. You can conveniently order the product directly from our website, in the Accessories section.
Currently, we are fulfilling orders exclusively for wallpapers from our ready-made pattern offer available on the website wallcolors.com. We do not create wallpapers from submitted photos or graphic files. Yes, all strips (wallpaper strips) are printed to create a cohesive, continuous pattern. The printing is done in a way that ensures perfect alignment of the graphics between consecutive elements. The wallpaper should be installed using the "butt joint" method, without overlap – the edges of the strips should fit together precisely.
Classic wallpapers from the Prowall series require the use of heavy non-woven wallpaper adhesive, e.g. Wallfix adhesive, which is applied directly to the wall. On the other hand, the self-adhesive wallpaper from the Wallstick series has a self-adhesive layer – it is ready for installation without the use of additional glue. Simply peel off the protective paper and stick the wallpaper directly onto a smooth surface. This solution is quick, clean, and ideal for simple installation.
If the wall has been painted with stain-resistant paint, e.g. latex, ceramic, or Teflon, we recommend choosing wallpaper from the Prowall series, which is installed using glue. The self-adhesive wallpaper Wallstick may have issues with permanent adhesion to such surfaces. For the best effect and long-lasting installation, it is better to use classic wallpaper with additional glue on stain-resistant paints.
Yes, all wallpapers available at Wallcolors are easy to clean and can be gently wiped with a damp cloth. However, the wallpapers are not intended for intensive scrubbing – do not use detergents or abrasive sponges to avoid damaging the surface. The wallpapers are not fully waterproof, so in areas exposed to constant contact with water, we recommend additional protection, e.g. with the WET system.
Yes, Wallcolors wallpapers can be installed in the bathroom. All our wallpapers are suitable for standard bathroom areas (e.g., the wall above the sink, near the bathtub). If you plan to install in a wet area, such as a shower cabin or a space directly exposed to water, you should use Prowall series wallpaper and additionally protect it with Metropolis protective resin from the WET system. This solution ensures durability and moisture resistance.
Each pattern from our offer can be printed on various materials, such as vinyl on non-woven fabric (Prowall), PVC Free non-woven fabric, or self-adhesive material (Wallstick). To choose the best finish and texture suited to your interior, we recommend ordering a wallpaper sample on the selected substrates. This is the most reliable way to check the texture, color scheme, and quality before making a purchase decision.
Our wallpapers are printed using Canon Colorado UV GEL technology – a modern, eco-friendly, and safe solution that guarantees exceptional durability and color intensity. The printing is completely odorless, and the inks used do not contain harmful solvents, making the wallpapers safe for both residents and the environment.
Orders
Yes, you can order additional rolls at any time and continue the pattern. However, please note that wallpapers are printed to order, so there may be slight differences in shade, roll length, or pattern matching in the new batch. For the best effect, it is advisable to order the required amount of wallpaper right away.
Yes, it is possible to change the scale of the wallpaper pattern – you can both enlarge and reduce it. Just contact us via email at hello@wallcolors.com, and our team will help adjust the pattern to your needs.
Yes, we fulfill orders for wallpaper in custom dimensions. Just contact us at hello@wallcolors.com – our team will prepare a visualization for you and adjust the pattern to the specific dimensions of your wall.
Yes, we offer the option to order a sample of any pattern available on the site. The samples are sized 30 × 84 cm and are available on any selected material. Each of them displays the entire pattern in a reduced size and a fragment in actual scale, which facilitates the assessment of color, texture, and graphic details before making a purchase decision.
You can place an order in two ways: directly through our website by adding selected products to the cart and completing the purchase online, or by contacting us via email at hello@wallcolors.com, where our advisors will assist you in completing your order.
Yes, with every order, we include a detailed installation guide that will walk you through the wallpaper installation process step by step.
If your wall has a non-standard shape, such as slopes, windows, or doors, please write to us at hello@wallcolors.com. Nasz and our team will help you select the appropriate amount of material and match the pattern to ensure the final effect is perfect.
Delivery
All our products are printed to order. The lead time includes both production and shipping. The standard preparation time for printing is from 1 to 5 business days.
Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier and the destination:
- Domestic shipment: 1–2 business days
- International shipment (EU): 2–4 business days
- |International shipment (outside the EU): 2–5 business days
You can check the shipment status online at any time by entering the package number on the courier company's website.
Yes, we ship to every location in the world.
Delivery of international shipments outside the European Union:
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes applicable in the country of delivery. It should also be noted that customs procedures may affect the delivery time.
Your order will be prepared with the utmost care. The wallpaper will be protected with a moisture-resistant film and then placed in a dedicated hard cardboard box, which effectively protects the contents from damage during transport. The packaging is fully eco-friendly and recyclable.
In case of any issues with the shipment, please contact the courier directly. The name of the carrier can be found in the order confirmation email.
If the shipment has packaging damage that raises concerns, ask the courier to open it in their presence. If the contents are damaged due to improper transport, prepare a damage report with the courier and send it to hello@wallcolors.com with the note "COMPLAINT," and we will take care of the rest. If you notice damage after the courier has left, you have 7 days to report the damage, but in that case, you must prove that the contents were damaged before the package was delivered.
After considering the damage incurred, we will resend your order or refund the money for the purchased product within 14 days.
NOTE! If you have detected defects in the product resulting from a damaged package after the courier has left, and you do not have a damage report, the complaint will not be considered.
Complaints and returns
Yes, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days for a standard order. However, if your order was personalized, returns are not possible.
